The quick version
DuoPlus runs Android on ARM servers in the cloud. It's cheap, it scales to thousands of phones, and its own FAQ says iOS isn't available. 0bull rents physical iPhones with one residential IP each, at $100 a month. If you're on Android and watching costs, DuoPlus is the obvious pick. If you need an iPhone, it isn't an option.

The short answer
Pick DuoPlus for cheap Android at scale. Pick 0bull when the accounts need to be on an iPhone.
We'd be lying if we said a $100 phone beats a cloud phone on price. It doesn't. What you pay for with us is a physical iPhone that behaves like one because it is one, a residential IP that comes with it, and a screen your VA can open in a browser.

What DuoPlus offers
DuoPlus describes its product as a cloud-hosted Android device built on real ARM hardware, running Android 10, 11, 12 or 15. Its FAQ asks whether DuoPlus provides an iOS cloud phone and answers: "Currently not available." (DuoPlus cloud phone, fetched 2026-09-24)
Proxies aren't included. The help center says the cloud phones don't provide proxy IPs themselves, so you connect your own SOCKS5, HTTP or HTTPS proxy. For TikTok it recommends static residential IPs. (DuoPlus proxy guide, fetched 2026-09-24)
There is a public API that covers cloud phones (including ADB), proxies, groups, apps, automation and teams, and the product also has RPA and synchronized operation across phones. Teams get one super administrator group, sub-administrators, and regular users with assigned permissions. (DuoPlus API reference, fetched 2026-09-24, DuoPlus team management, fetched 2026-09-24)
What 0bull offers
0bull rents physical Apple iPhones. They aren't emulators or cloud phones. Each phone is set up for four TikTok accounts, and Instagram and YouTube are supported as well. (0bull Introduction, fetched 2026-09-24)
Every phone comes with its own sticky residential IP for as long as you hold it, so there's no proxy to buy. You can run it from the dashboard, hand the screen to a VA in their browser, call the REST API, or let an AI agent drive it through the MCP server. Anything that touches the phone runs asynchronously, so integrations poll for the result. (0bull API, fetched 2026-09-24, 0bull MCP overview, fetched 2026-09-24)
How the day-to-day differs
The feature lists overlap more than you might expect. The difference shows up in what is running the app and who deals with the network.
| Decision point | 0bull | DuoPlus |
|---|---|---|
| Getting a device | Order phones, and they are held for you once confirmed | Create cloud phones from the dashboard, in bulk if you want |
| Network setup | Nothing to set up. The IP comes with the phone | Buy proxies elsewhere and attach one per phone |
| Human takeover | Open the physical phone screen in a browser | Open the cloud phone in the DuoPlus workspace |
| Hundreds of devices | Possible, but every phone is real hardware you pay for | What it is built for |
| AI agents | An MCP server built for agents | Public API. MCP is not publicly stated |
What it actually costs
DuoPlus charges for the device and for running time separately. On its pricing page the device is $0.085 per month, marked "up to 95.75% off". Running time is $0.0042 a minute, or $16.91 a month on the Monthly Startup plan. The free trial gives you one phone for 30 days with 30 minutes of startup time. Proxies cost extra because you bring your own. (DuoPlus pricing, fetched 2026-09-24)
0bull is $100 per phone per month, IP included. Checkout holds the first month on your card and charges it once the phones are confirmed, then each phone renews on its own.
Even after you add a decent residential proxy, DuoPlus comes in well under us per device. The comparison only gets close if you need iOS, and then there's nothing to compare.
Which option fits your team? Pick the closest situation.
Choose the situation closest to yours. The recommendation is conditional on the work you need to do, the device environment you need, and the level of control your team owns.
DuoPlus is the better fit
That's what it's built for, and the per-device cost is hard to beat. Budget for proxies on top.
Before you choose
Write down what you need first. It's easier to hold a product up against a list than against its own sales page.
- Do the accounts need iOS, or is Android fine?
- Where will the IPs come from, and who pays for them?
- How many devices do you need this month, and in six months?
- Will a person, a script, or an AI agent do the work?
- Who on your team needs access to which device?
- What's the full monthly cost once proxies and running time are added?
Frequently asked questions Straight answers.
No. Its FAQ says an iOS cloud phone is currently not available and that it focuses on Android.
No. Its help center says the cloud phones don't provide proxy IPs, so you connect your own SOCKS5, HTTP or HTTPS proxy.
Per device, yes, by a lot. You're paying for a physical iPhone with an IP included, which a cloud phone isn't trying to be.
Yes. Running Android accounts on cloud phones and keeping the iPhone-only work on real phones is a perfectly sensible split.
Both have APIs. 0bull also runs an MCP server, so an agent like Claude can drive a phone directly. We didn't see MCP mentioned on the DuoPlus pages we read.
